I recently purchased an absolutely wonderful brand-new Outlander from Phil Smith, and I am totally thrilled with the vehicle and the dealership. Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in to the time that I left. I was there several hours and the man who helped me his name was Chris was such a pleasure to work with. He helped me get the car that I wanted at the price that I needed it to be at. Also, I am diabetic and I was there several hours and my blood sugar started to drop and he went over and got me a candy bar out of the machine to help me with my blood sugar.. I’m so glad he was the salesman that I got to work with. Everyone was very pleasant, but I believe Chris went above and beyond to make my buying the vehicle a pleasant experience. Just bought a car with my son. It was very easy and straightforward. I was a little worried with all the details and paperwork, but Erica was super helpful and definitely went above and beyond to walk us through every step of the way. She explained the few extra charges and helped with the credit application and getting the proof of insurance. Definitely would highly recommend her for her positive, "can-do" attitude. Stephen the salesman went absolutely above and beyond. The most out going, lovely salesman. Full of knowledge about all the cars sold here. He had provided me with excellent above and beyond service. If you ever come by Phil Smith in Lighthouse point then I highly recommend going to him, the best I know.
I would like to start congratulating Rockie and Monica for their excellent customer services and efficiency. But everything started with Teddy, I had an issue with my previous Outlander and because of his knowledge and proactive actions I decided to look for a new car at your dealership.
